The Jamestown Family Health Clinic has scheduled COVID-19 vaccination clinic dates, offering drive-through COVID-19 vaccines at Carrie Blake Community Park in Sequim, through early April.
The clinics are for Sequim area residents and patients of the Jamestown Family Health Clinic receiving the first COVID-19 vaccination dose. Those eligible must be age 65 or older. A spouse or domestic partner in the car may be younger and can be registered at the same time.

Registration will be in one-hour time blocks between 8 a.m.-1 p.m. each day. Once online registration is complete, a ticket with date and time should be printed and brought to the clinic. Each person/couple in a vehicle must have a registration ticket.
Those who do not have internet access can use the call center number at 360-681-3447. Volunteers at the call center will help patients make an appointment, and that patient’s registration will be on file at the check-in booth.
Check in is at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave., Sequim.
Individuals seeking their second COVID-19 dose do no need to make an appointment; they can simply check-in on the date and time given to them when they received the first dose.
However, those getting the second dose must bring the immunization card they received at the first COVID-19 shot to the second appointment to ensure they are receiving the correct immunization on the appropriate date. Peter Raiswell, public information officer for Clallam County Emergency Management, notes that vaccine availability (and dates) may change depending on supply.
“Despite the fact that the state has authorized certain classes of people to receive a COVID-19 vaccination the limiting factor at the moment is the availability of vaccine,” Raiswell said last week in a press release.
“Here in Clallam we only get a couple of day’s notice of the amount of vaccine we will receive for clinics operated by the county and the Jamestown Tribe and Forks. So although we are doing well planning vaccination events we may sometimes need to make short term changes based on vaccine availability.”
He also said there is a plan being prepared to provide, within the next few weeks, vaccinations to home-bound people who cannot attend the big clinic vaccination events in person.
“This plan has not yet been finalized and more details will be provided as the plan is set up,” he said.
