Arrest warrant issued for Taylor
On Sept. 12, a $10,000 bail felony warrant was issued for the arrest of Seth R. Taylor after a judge found that Taylor failed to obey an order from the Clallam County Superior Court. Taylor has been associated with an address in the 1000 block of West Hendrickson Road in Sequim.
The warrant is from an OPNET case during which OPNET purchased Suboxone in April 2011. Taylor was one of the suspects in that case.
Hutto, Caudle arrested, charged in OPNET case
On Oct. 8, OPNET arrested Matthew A. Hutto, 46, of Port Angeles, and two days later arrested Sean T. Caudle, 32, also of Port Angeles. Both were booked in to the Clallam County Jail and charged with delivery of methamphetamine.
The charges against Hutto and Caudle are the results of an OPNET investigation during which OPNET purchased methamphetamine at a home in the 800 block of Whidbey Avenue in Port Angeles during January.
Arrest warrant issued for O’Donnell
A $10,000 felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Thomas M. O’Donnell. The warrant was issued on Oct. 8 after a judge reviewed a probable cause certification from an OPNET detective regarding an investigation during which OPNET developed probable cause to believe that O’Donnell delivered methamphetamine to OPNET members in Port Angeles in June.
Arrest warrant issued for Davis
On Oct. 8, a no-bail felony warrant was issued for the arrest of John Dale Davis, 51, of Sequim. The warrant was issued after a judge found that Davis failed to obey an order of the Clallam County Superior Court.
Because the warrant is a no-bail felony warrant, Davis will have to wait at the jail until a judge is available to see him.
Davis was arrested by OPNET and Clallam County Sheriff’s deputies on Sept. 16 at his residence in the 300 block of River Road. When OPNET arrived on scene, Davis ran into the house and hid in the attic. He was located, arrested and incarcerated shortly thereafter. That warrant was issued after Davis had failed to comply with a court order connected with his recent OPNET case.
Davis was sentenced to serve 24 months probation plus three to six months of intensive inpatient treatment on Aug. 21.
Davis pled guilty to two counts of delivery of methamphetamine in exchange for two additional counts being dismissed.
Davis’ prior criminal history includes possession of a controlled substance in 2011. He was arrested at his home on Jan. 24. During an investigation, OPNET developed probable cause to believe that Davis sold methamphetamine to OPNET on four separate occasions during October 2012.
Arrest warrant issued for Messenger, Simmons
A $5,000 felony arrest warrant was issued for Christina Louise Messenger, 51, and Kenneth Francis Simmons, 49, both of Sequim, on Oct. 10.
The warrant is the result of an OPNET investigation that has been reviewed by the Clallam County Prosecutor’s Office and a Superior Court judge. During the investigation, OPNET developed probable cause to believe that Messenger delivered methamphetamine to OPNET during February at property in the 300 block of Marshall Road. During an investigation, team members also developed probable cause to believe that Simmons delivered methamphetamine to OPNET during February and March at property in the 300 block of Marshall Road, east of Sequim.
