Stephanie Jo Ream
April 12, 1952 – May 10, 2022
This incredibly hard working, generous, caring & fun-loving woman has transitioned. Her family was by her side as she made her way to a place without pain or suffering, comfortably at home.
Stephanie was survived by her children Charity Holden and Nathan Ream, grandchildren Isaiah Ellison and Jaxon Wessel, sisters Pam Vass, Deborah Crawford, Sister Sharon OCD and Tina Johnson.

Gary L. Tremlin
A memorial service will be held for Gary L. Tremlin at Sequim Prairie Grange, 290 Macleay Road, Sequim on Saturday, June 11th at 1:00p.m.
Gary Passed Away in February of 2020. Due to Covid restrictions this memorial service has been a long time waiting.

Winona Joyce Bekkevar

Winona Joyce Bekkevar was born on November 15, 1928, in Sequim to Pioneer Family Agnes & Leroy Lotzgesell and was raised on the 320-acre family farm which was located across the road from the Dungeness Recreational area.
As a young girl she attended Macleay School & graduated from Sequim High School Class of 1946.
She met Richard Bekkevar while he was working on her father’s farm. They were married June 16,1946 and were married 73 years until his passing on August 17, 2019.
Winona had seven children & raised them on the family farm where she worked very hard alongside her husband to make the family farm east of Blyn what it is today. Winona and Dick built a successful well drilling business until their retirement in 2000 after which they were able to travel. She was fortunate to live on the farm until her passing.
She was an excellent cook and homemaker. Many people said she baked the best bread in the county.
Winona was very active in the Rhododendron & Sequim Prairie Grange and was master of both.
She was a charter member of the Sequim Ladies of Elks and was past president and was very instrumental in the formation of the Elks lodge and travelks in Sequim. She was Grand Pioneer of the Irrigation Festival in 2003.
She is preceded in death by her three sisters Shirley Rodgers, Alice Edgington and Trenna Otis, infant son Richard Leroy Bekkevar, daughter Loretta Grant and husband Richard Bekkevar.
Winona is survived by her children Chris Baker, Aleta (Mark) Smith, Dave (Trish) Bekkevar, Dorinda (Jeff) Becker, Jim (Andrea) Bekkevar and Son in Law Fred Grant. 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren
A celebration of life and potluck will be held at the Family Farm Saturday, June 18th at 4:00 pm.
