Owner Suzan Mansfield will open the Sequim Licensing Depot on Monday, Nov. 5, at 645 W. Washington St., Suite 2 (in the plaza in front of JC Penney).
Clallam County Auditor Patty Rosand announced the opening in a press release Oct. 23.
The new office will offer full licensing services from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.
Mansfield has previous licensing experience and has been training at the Clallam County Courthouse since September.
She operates under a subagent contract with the Clallam County Auditor, who is the agent for the Department of Licensing in Clallam County.
Two full-time employees, Leslie Sommerville and Phil Libbot, are in training at the courthouse. County licensing manager Lila Duncan will be in
Sequim during the first week to assist the establishment of the new licensing subagency.
