Learn all about how to prune roses from presenter John Hassell at the Sequim Botanical Garden Society’s next “Work to Learn” Party, set for 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24, at the Sequim Botanical Terrace Garden at Carrie Blake Community Park near the bandshell. Group members grow roses among a number of other plants, and offer monthly demonstrations and opportunities to put into practice the information “Work to Learn” participants learn.
The Sequim Botanical Garden Society is a volunteer partner with the City of Sequim and a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides educational information and a visual demonstration of what can be done in home gardening with research-based horticultural practices.
