The Master Gardener Foundation of Clallam County is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that supports the activities of the Washington State University Clallam County Extension Master Gardeners (MGFCC) program. The organization’s mission is to provide horticulture and environmental stewardship education within our community. It provides this education free of charge to reach as many people as possible.
The WSU extension is restricted in what activities they are able to fund, so the MGFCC sponsors fundraising events to help financially support our programs.
The Cline-Bigelow Barn was constructed in 1930-1934 and was originally used to house dairy cows and hay. Over the years, it’s been used as a cabinet making shop, gymnasium for the historic schoolhouse located on Sequim-Dungeness Way and many barn dances and events. Today it is owned by artists Rick and Mary Beth Holladay who purchased it to be nearer their four grown daughters and grandchildren.
