CENTURY 21 to partner with JACE Group

CENTURY 21 will host a ribbon-cutting event to celebrate its partnership with JACE Group.

The event will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 4 at 213 E. Eighth St., Suite B, in Port Angeles and will feature drinks, desserts, raffle prizes and networking opportunities.

The partnership combines two family-owned, community-focused companies with more than 100 years of combined real estate expertise, according to a press release. CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center is a third-generation firm that has served the Pacific Northwest for more than 40 years, and JACE Real Estate has served the Peninsula for more than 20 years.

City seeks nonprofits for Sunshine Fest

The city of Sequim is accepting applications from nonprofit organizations to participate in the Sunshine Market at the 2025 Sequim Sunshine Festival.

The market will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 8 in the Guy Cole Event Center at Carrie Blake Community Park, 202 N. Blake Ave.

Tables and chairs will be provided in the Sunshine Market or outside the market for two-hour or four-hour periods throughout the day. Participation is free, but the organizations must provide a free, family-friendly activity.

Applications are due by Dec. 13 and must be submitted at https://form.jotform.com/243127325690051. All applications will be juried by the Sequim Sunshine Festival Committee.

Organizations will be notified in mid-January regarding their participation.
