Owners of Via Vita Chiropractic & Wellness, 128 W. Bell St., Dr. Ryan Iskenderian, right, a chiropractor, and Kat Parks, a certified yoga instructor, left, held a bake sale with games on May 2 during the Sequim Irrigation Festival.

They raised $360 to benefit the Sequim Boys & Girls Club. Sara Maloney, center, resources development director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula, said the donation will help sponsor the summer food program that last year served 20,000 meals during the 10 weeks of summer.

Iskenderian said the bake sale was a great opportunity to have their doors open to the community during the Street Fair and help out the Boys & Girls Club.

The couple made the baked goodies themselves from patients’ and students’ donations.
