Schmidt comes to Kitsap Bank branch

Lori Schmidt has assumed the position of operations manager at Kitsap Bank’s Sequim branch, 1320 W. Washington St. A 32-year banking veteran, Schmidt has been with Kitsap Bank for seven years, most recently as operations manager at the Kingston branch. Call the Sequim branch at 683-5599.

 

Reiki intensive workshop

Jaie Livingstone teaches about “The Essential Healing Art of Reiki” from 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday-Saturday, June 10-11.

The two-day intensive includes the history of reiki and hands-on healing and basics of the subtle energy body, how to use reiki in everyday life and two reiki attunements.

ILG secures patent for inventor

Innovation Law Group, Ltd. of Sequim announces that the U.S. Patent Office issued U.S. Patent 7,942,124 to local Puget Sound businessman, Richard H. Harbert, of Mukilteo. The patent is directed to an improved rocker arm cover assembly having an external multi-coil mounting bracket for engines having distributor-less ignition systems.
