Innovation Law Group wins patent case

TP Solar, Inc., represented by Jacques M. Dulin of Innovation Law Group, 237 N. Sequim Ave., Sequim, has defeated a claim by Despatch Industries that TPSI’s MD-225 furnaces infringed on the Despatch 650 patent. Judge Manuel L. ‘Tourism Summit’ planned for October

The Olympic Peninsula Tourism Commission sponsors a one-day 2011 Tourism Summit on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at Fort Worden in Port Townsend. Registration is open to any regional business interested in tourism. Sessions help businesses anticipate visitors’ needs and meet their expectations.
