Bell joins fitness studio

Talk on myofascial release set
Ulia Cummings, physical therapist from Sequim MFR, is giving a presentation on myofascial release treatment titled, “If you are in pain, these treatments may be for you” at Suncrest Village Retirement Apartments, 251 S. Fifth Ave., Sequim, at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19. The presentation is free and open to the public.

Rabbit adoption day set
North Olympic Rabbit Rescue’s first rabbit adoption event will take place at Best Friend Nutrition, 680 W. Washington St., Ste. B102, in Sequim from noon-5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24. There will be 2-4 rabbits to meet people interested in adopting a single rabbit or paired rabbits. NORR will be offering free rabbit health, care and behavioral advice all day.
