Nash’s to screen ‘Fed Up’
The second film in the Winter Film Series at Nash’s Farm Store is “Fed Up,” a documentary about sugar in the standard American diet. It will screen at 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25.
The store is at 4681 Sequim-Dungeness Way in Dungeness and the film is free and open to the public.
MV Coho takes annual maintenance break
Black Ball Ferry Line’s MV Coho takes its annual maintenance break from Jan. 19-Feb. 4. The ferry, which runs between Victoria, B.C. and Port Angeles, will be out of service during this time to complete regular refurbishments and maintenance.
Regular service will resume on Feb. 5 when the MV Coho departs Port Angeles at 8:20 a.m. and Victoria at 4 p.m.
Pilates series offered
Susanne Debrino, the Pilates instructor, at Fit4Life Studio, 1247 W. Washington St., Sequim, is offering a special Arc & Ring Pilates private class which meets on Monday and Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. and 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday. This class uses special tools which include Pilates arc and a Pilates ring. The series of classes focuses on one’s core.

On Jan. 24, Perfect Balance, 151 Hooker Road, will be offering a Free Fitness Day in exchange for a donation to support Pass the Peace (victims of domestic violence) and Strong Against Cancer (childhood cancer).
