Talk on GMOs at Nash’s

On Monday, Oct. 13, at 3:30 p.m., Dr. Muriel Nesbitt will present a talk entitled “Genetically Modified Organisms – Promises and Threats” at Nash’s Farm Store, 4681 Sequim-Dungeness Way in Dungeness.

The event is sponsored by the Non-GMO Project, a nonprofit that educates the public about GMOs in the food supply.

Store members help shoppers identify Non-GMO Project Verified choices with shelf tags, end cap displays and educational materials.
