Sequim broker earns certification

Michele Jaeger has earned Pricing Strategy Advisor certification from the National Association of Realtors.

Jaeger is a broker with RE/MAX Prime in Sequim.

The certification recognizes the knowledge and skills to select comparison properties and make accurate adjustments to determine appropriate property values for both buyers and sellers.

Grand opening set for Essence Coffee Roasters

Essence Coffee Roasters, 461 W. Washington St., is hosting a grand opening party from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6. Featured will be coffee drinks, pastries from Two Spot Bakery and handcrafted chocolates. Attendees who purchase a bag of coffee get entered in raffle for gift cards to a local restaurant.
