Fitness camp set, CPR class open and Edward Jones moves its office.

Fitness camp for youth set

The purpose of a summer Fit Camp at Anytime Fitness is to instill in youth the importance of diet and exercise. Fun and quick workouts with education on nutrition and healthy eating habits will be the center focus on the Youth Fit Camp program.

The camp is 4-4:45 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays Aug. 4-20.

Take a class, save a life

Super CPR is a new business offering CPR classes. Rob Dalm is an American Heart Association Certified Instructor for Basic Life Support training.

Super CPR focuses on students within the health care field. The organization is designed to be mobile in order to hold courses in and at the student’s place of work. Dalm also teaches CPR to all potential rescuers.

A class has formed in the first week of August with openings for anyone interested.
