Phil Castell, owner of Castell Insurance, has been appointed by Mike Kreidler, the Washington State Insurance commissioner, to the Life & Disability Agent/Broker Advisory Committee. This appointment is his second two-year term on the advisory committee serving as one of only four at large members.
