At First Federal’s organizational meeting on Oct. 16, the board recognized the contributions of outgoing board chairman Richard Kott and welcomed Stephen Oliver and David Blake as the new board chairman and vice chairman.

Oliver has served on the First Federal board of directors since 2001. He  is an attorney with over 30 years of experience in the areas of banking, real estate development, environmental and municipal law. Blake has spent 44 years with Blake Tile & Stone as the CEO until 2010; and is the operations manager. He serves as a board member for the Albert Haller Foundation and spent 31 years as a member of the Sequim School District’s board of directors from 1975-2006.
