The San Francisco-based Good Food Awards announced last week 263 finalists for its 2016 honors, including Sequim Bee Farm for its locally produced honey.
Representing “the best from America’s growing movement of talented and socially responsible food crafters,” Good Food Awards selected its finalists from 1,937 entries via blind tastings in categories such as from cider to confections to pantry, pickles and preserves.
Winners will be announced Friday, Jan. 15, at a ceremony at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture in San Francisco.
Sequim Bee Farm also earned a blue ribbon at the 2015 Washington State Fair in Puyallup.
