Nell Clausen, left, sitting with Diane Drake, co-owner of the Sunshine Cafe in Sequim, guessed the exact number of M&M’s (748) in the jar and received a breakfast for two, once a month for an entire year from Sunshine Cafe.

“It was the February First Friday art walk,” Clausen said, “and I decided to give it a try and studied the rows up and down and rounded it up for the top layer and actually got a call the next day saying I won! I think it is so generous of Diane and Allan and Drake to have donated such a generous prize.

“I look forward to my second free breakfast sometime in March.”
