Tourism Summit set in Blyn

The Olympic Peninsula 2025 Tourism Summit will take place at the 7 Cedars Hotel, 270756 Highway 101, on Monday and Tuesday, April 7-8.

The event, which will get underway on Monday afternoon, will feature regional group discussions and educational sessions; a welcome reception and networking; speakers; and a Tuesday afternoon panel discussion on the topic “Storytelling in the Digital Age.”

Tuesday’s keynote speaker will be Allen Cox, chief editorial director for 425/Northwest Travel & Life/South Sound. The lunch speaker will be David Blandford, chief executive officer of State of Washington Tourism, and the closing speaker will be Denise Whitaker, news anchor/reporter for KOMO 4 News.
