Wind Rose Cellars begins wine classes start every Monday in January. The classes, organizers say, are great for novices and aficionados alike. Participants must be 21 years old or older.

Monday, Jan. 6, is be the first class. Join the winemaker David Volmut for the first class, “Wine Appreciation.”

Classes are limited to 20 attendees and begin at 4 p.m. with a second class starting at 7 p.m.
