I want to express a huge thank you to the Sequim Police and ambulance squad for their assistance during my van’s starter breakdown in the Walmart parking lot on Christmas Day. I had been stranded there for two days waiting for the business world to open again on Thursday.

These people noticed my bare infected toes (from a scalding water spill) and they immediately administered first aid there on the spot.

Furthermore, later that Christmas Day evening they brought me a warm plate of mashed potatoes with peas, a biscuit and chopped ham.

You can imagine only a bit of my gratitude.

Also in gratitude to Walmart’s occupancy hospitality … I bow to you all.
