Jam sessions move to Swisher Hall
The Sequim Arts Commission has reimagined monthly Open Music Jam Sessions to now take place in the Chuck Swisher Rehearsal Hall at the James Center for Performing Arts at 506 N. Blake Avenue, every third Friday of each month from 6-8 p.m., starting Friday, October 18.
Previously, Jam Sessions took place at the Sequim Civic Center during the First Friday Art Walk.
Community Music Jam Sessions are not an open mic event but a true jam meaning that everyone plays the same song as a group with lyrics and chords provided. Any acoustic instruments, percussion, and voices are welcome. All ages and experience levels are welcome to join the informal gathering.
