Members of Sequim Elks Lodge 2642, with help from BSA Troop 1498, honored Flag Day (recognized on June 14) a day early at their regular meeting with a special ceremony.

They read a history of the American flag with historical displays of some of the United States’ flags through its history. Afterward, they honored 20-plus veterans from various military branches and sang “God Bless America.”
