Sequim High’s Operetta returns with catchy tunes, fun dance routines and a classic story this May with “Emma: A Pop Musical.”
Opening night is set for 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 6, in the Sequim High School Auditorium, 633 N. Sequim Ave.
Shows run at 2 p.m. Saturdays, May 7, 14 and 21; and 7 p.m. Fridays-Saturdays, May 13-14, 20-21.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students at the door with limited seating.
Two Emmas — Kariya Johnson and Dana Carlile — take the stage throughout the three-weekend run as different actors take lead roles as sports schedules conflict later in the month
“We’re happy to bring it back,” Johnson said of the operetta. “We’re hoping it’ll jump start interest.”
