Families check off supplies at Back to School Fair

A bounty of backpacks, clubs galore and a sizable amount of services were available to Sequim families at the annual Back to School Fair.

Hundreds of Sequim families received full, free sets of school supplies, free vision tests, immunizations and more on Aug. 24, at the Boys & Girls Club.

The event was sponsored by the Sequim School District, Sequim Sunrise Rotary, Sequim Valley Lions, and United Way of Clallam County.

Sequim School District’s first day of classes is set for today, Wednesday, Aug. 28.
