The Frykholm family recently presented $12,000 in support of the Northwest Colonial Festival to Dan Abbott, President of the George Washington Society, to help fund the upcoming 2019 Northwest Colonial Festival.

Vern Frykholm Sr., a World War II and the Korean War veteran, also presented Abbott with a $2,000 personal donation.

In addition, Vern Frykholm, co-owner with Tom Schaafsma of All Safe Mini-Storage, made a $2,000 donation in the business’ name to the festival.

The Frykholm family is a strong supporter of Revolutionary American history and have sponsored the festival since its inception five years ago.

The 2019 Northwest Colonial Festival set for Thursday-Sunday, Aug. 8- 11, at the George Washington Inn, 939 Finn-Hall Road.
