Sequim is readying for two major concerts this summer with The Kingston Trio returning by popular demand on Aug. 22 and Foghat on Sept. 12.
Both shows are at the James Center For the Performing Arts (bandshell) north of Carrie Blake Park at 563 N. Rhodefer Road.
Tickets are on sale now for The Kingston Trio at multiple venues and online while Foghat tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. this Saturday.
The Kingston Trio show opens at 4 p.m. Aug. 22 with the show at 5 p.m. Violinist Geoffrey Castle opens the show and Wind Rose Cellars offers a beer and wine garden. Tickets are $60 for VIP seating, $40 for quality reserved and $25 for general admission (chair or blanket recommended for general admission). Destination Harley-Davidson of Silverdale presents Foghat, known for its hit “Slow Ride” on Sept. 12 with the show opening at 6 p.m. and beginning at 7 p.m. with Seattle rock band Medicine Hat opening.
