Are you ready to create?
The North Olympic Library System is offering up its LEGO Cool Creations challenge starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 25, at the Sequim Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave.
Based on author and Master LEGO brick designer Sean Kenney’s book “Cool Creations in 35 Pieces,” the program offers individual kits containing 35 game pieces to participants (target ages 7 and older), who have 45 minutes to create as many objects as possible.
Challenges take place at 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and noon. Children may work on the kit alone or in a team. All materials will be provided; all LEGOs remain in the library after the event.
The program is free of charge, however a limited supply of kits are available. Advance registration is required: register online at www.nols.org, call 683-1161 or send an email to youth@nols.org.
