Milestone: Balkan on dean’s list at Valley City State University

Taylor Balkan of Sequim recently was named to the Valley City State University (Valley City, N.D.) Dean’s Honor Roll. The Dean’s Honor Roll recognizes students who completed 12 semester hours or more with a grade-point average of at least 3.5.
