Peninsula College Vocal Jazz Ensemble offers four free fall performances

Raising their voices for concert-goers this holiday season, Peninsula College’s Vocal Jazz Ensemble members are making several appearances in coming weeks — including a show in Sequim.

The group makes their first appearance of the season from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, at the Port Angeles Tree Lighting in downtown Port Angeles.

On Tuesday, Dec. 4, the ensemble is in the spotlight at the Olympic Cellars Winery Party at 255410 US Highway 101, starting at 7 p.m.

A third performance is slated for 2-3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, at The Lodge at Sherwood Village, 600 Evergreen Way, Sequim.

Each of these performances are free.

The ensemble rounds out their fall quarter schedule with a community favorite: the Jingle Jazz event, set for 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, in Peninsula College’s Little Theater, 1502 E. Lauridsen Blvd. There, they will join special guest Pearl Django on stage

General admission tickets for Jingle Jazz can be purchased online for $15 at http://bit.ly/2RyjJWQ. If available, tickets may also be purchased for $15 at the door. Proceeds benefit PC’s Vocal Jazz Ensemble and PC students and programs.
