The model eventually will be cast in bronze and installed in the National Statuary Hall in Washington, D.C. Frank received a posthumous Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2015 for his work in fighting for tribal treaty rights and obligations. The statue will be on display at the library through Aug. 24.

The model eventually will be cast in bronze and installed in the National Statuary Hall in Washington, D.C.
