If laughter is the best medicine, the cast of the Sequim High School senior class play is handing out prescriptions for mass doses.
"Senior Night Live" pays homage to comedy greats including George Carlin, Wayne and Shuster, Monty Python and Carol Burnett. It includes parodies from "MAD TV," "The Office" and "Twilight" along with spoofs on the "Wizard of Oz" and "It’s a Wonderful Life."
Some original musical production numbers round out the evening of comedy.
The cast includes seniors Caitlin Pallai, Daniel Hall, David Lopes, Gabi Marcy, Hannah Stephens, Jordy Shearer, Kyla Hall, Megan Wright, Meredith Roberts, Stephanie Gooch and Turey Anderson.
Supporting them are underclassmen Abby Berry, Alyssa Habner, Chris Lopes, Evan Watkins, Havilah Gautschi, Heather Brown, Isaac Gautschi, James Willis, Joey Hall, Kinzie Winfield, Kyla Simonson, Mallory Maloney, Rachel Chumley and Sam Faulk.
The show is directed by Robin Hall and Jimmy Hall with costumes by Darrelynne Sutton. The production is at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29; Saturday, Jan. 30; Friday, Feb. 5; and Saturday, Feb. 6; at the Sequim High School auditorium, 601 N. Sequim Ave.
