The Sequim Community Christmas Chorus is preparing to launch its 37th season of presenting sacred Christmas music for the community and is calling all who love to sing.
Rehearsals begin Tuesday, Sept. 10, with registration beginning at 6 p.m. and rehearsal beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Sequim Seventh-day Adventist Church, 30 Sanford Lane.
Rehearsals continue from 6:45-9 p.m. on Tuesdays, and performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8.
The Chorus is open to singers of all levels of experience and participation; there are no fees or auditions. Although the Chorus sings only sacred Christmas music, it has no religious affiliation and is presented in cooperation with the Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce.
