Sequim Library sets Storytimes for Tuesday mornings

The North Olympic Library System (NOLS) offers Storytime weekly in Sequim starting the first week of September and continuing through Dec. 13.

Kids and caregivers can visit the free event to listen to books, learn new songs, and shake out the wiggles with plenty of movement and fun.

Storytime is for children of ages 5 and younger with activities, such as talking, reading, playing and singing that all have an important role in early childhood development.

The Sequim Library Temporary Location, 609 W. Washington St., hosts Storytime on Tuesdays from 9:30-10 a.m.

There will also be a special Nature Storytime held outside on the plaza from 10:30-11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, at Dungeness River Nature Center, 1943 W. Hendrickson Road; the event will move indoors in the case of inclement weather.
