A free “Afternoon of Song and Praise,” with The Praise Sisters and Dave Brubaker, spurs support for the Sequim Basque Program at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 30, at Sequim Community Church, 950 N. Fifth Ave. 

Music will include old-time hymns and gospel as well as contemporary songs, and donations will be accepted. 

The 5-year-old program assists Basque youths to spend a month in the U.S. and get to know American and other Basque teens. 

Teens will visit Sequim in July.
