The free seminar will be noon-1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave. in Sequim.

Learn the latest research-based information on living a healthier life and how you can take 10 simple steps to improve your own well-being and quality of life.
Dixon is a health psychologist and registered dietitian with over 35 years of experience in the health field helping people live healthier lives. She is a national speaker and trainer, an internationally published author and co-founder of the Olympic Peninsula Healthy Community Coalition.

“Tea with S.H.E (Soroptimists Helping and Empowering)” is a series of free semi-annual seminars/presentations aimed primarily at issues faced by mature and older women in Sequim and the surrounding areas.
The seminars are open to both women and men of all ages who are interested in the topics presented.
A short question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
