Last weekend in Sequim saw blue skies and a light breeze — nearly perfect for a club with “Hurricane” in their title.

The Hurricane Ridge Kennel Club held their Obedience and Rally Trials July 26 and the club’s All-Breed Dog Shows July 26-27 at the Sequim High School football field.

Club members estimated about 700 dogs would appear Saturday and Sunday.
