The bakery opened on the corner of North Fifth Avenue and West Cedar Street on Feb. 13. Engeseth, who started baking wholesale in 2010, then started retail at the farmers market, said they make cakes, cinnamon rolls, tarts, eclairs, cream puffs, scones, muffins and more. The bakery has seating for about 20 people and offers free WiFi to customers. Hours are 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Saturday. For more information, call 360-402-6585.
