Jennifer Brady, who led authorities on a two-month manhunt across more than three states, was extradited yesterday from Arizona to stand trial in Clallam Superior Court for her suspected involvement in an early January robbery.

Brady had been enrolled in Friendship Diversion, an alternative sentencing process aimed at reducing recidivism rates and the severity of sentencing, thereby reducing the costs to prosecutors and law enforcement. Court documents state that a Friendship Diversion urinalysis on Feb 1 tested positive for amphetamine, and shortly after Brady failed to report to the program as instructed. Friendship returned the case on Feb. 8, and the court issued a warrant for Brady’s arrest.

Authorities believe it was around this time she skipped town with her boyfriend. Brady traveled south to Sedona, Ariz., with her boyfriend and children, before being apprehended in Yavapai County, Ariz.

U.S. Marshals coordinated with Yavapai sheriffs to arrest Brady and tracked her through receipts from her credit card as well as photos and an address posted on Facebook.

Brady will go to trial as an accomplice in the robbery of Chad Beauchesne. She is alleged to have assisted two people in stealing several thousand dollars worth of valuables and 2-3 grams of heroine from Beauchense on Jan. 7.
