People poured into the North Peninsula Building Association’s 14th Building, Remodeling and Energy Expo on Saturday, March 12.
FaLeana Wech, building association executive officer, said they saw at least 50-percent more people come through the event’s doors and sign-up for a raffle compared to last year. She believes it could be a record setting attendance.
Gardening guru Ed Hume headlined the event, which continues 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, March 13, at the Sequim High School Gym, 503 N. Sequim Ave.
Hume answered gardening questions and hosted a presentation on landscaping. He presents on vegetable gardens at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday with a book signing before and after.
More than 75 exhibitors are at the event with information on home construction, remodeling, landscaping, energy and other home project needs.
Admission is free. Read more at www.sequimexpo.com
