Center celebrates grand opening
The Center of Infinite Reflections holds a grand opening from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, at 144 Tripp Road, Sequim.

Hansen earns designation
Heidi Hansen, associate broker at Coldwell Banker Town & Country, 305 S. Sequim Ave., Sequim, has earned the SFR designation. The National Association of Realtors offers the designation for completed course work in the area of short sales and foreclosures.
Hansen is vice president and program chairwoman for the Sequim Association of Realtors.

Studio open for business
Indigo Wellness LLC, a yoga, dance and conditioning studio, is open for business at 609 W. Washington St., Suite 11, Sequim.
The business offers Vinyasa, meaning to place with intention; flow yoga; and Hatha, sun and moon, yoga. Vinyasa classes are in an 80- to 90-degree room.
Programs also include Zumba, an aerobic exercise routine inspired by Latin dance.
Conditioning classes are by request. Private coaching and coaching for small groups, youths and sports teams are available.

Water seminar offered
Hydration specialist Jim Gilliland demonstrates the role drinking the right kind of water can play in overall health at a seminar from 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, at Natural Healing Clinic, 162 S. Barr Road, Port Angeles.
Anyone suffering from or having a family history of cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or arthritis is encouraged to attend. Free water and a DVD are available for those who preregister.

Garden center’s hours change
Henery’s Garden Center, 1060 Sequim Dungeness Way, Sequim. has new winter hours.
The center will be open 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday and closed on Sundays until later in February.

Sweeney promoted
Jennifer Sweeney was promoted to loan originator at Peninsula Mortgage, Inc., 720 E. Washington St., Sequim.
She passed her loan originator’s test in 2009 after studying the state and federal lending laws.
The company recruited her in 2006 as a loan processor and office assistant.
