Windermere trio are specialists
Linda Ulin, Claire Koenigsaecker and Sheryl Payseno of Windermere Real Estate Sequim East, 842 E. Washington St., Sequim, earned the senior real estate specialist designation after successfully completing a required education course.

Anytime Fitness hirs trainer, hosts bootcamp
Personal trainer Nikki Julmist conducts an eight-week outdoor fitness bootcamp starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 6.
Anytime Fitness sponsors the camp, which continues on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
The cost is $99 for the entire program.
Anytime Fitness recently hired Julmist, a personal trainer, to their staff in Sequim.
Julmist comes to Anytime Fitness with three years experience as an AFAA certified trainer, and a background in collegiate athletics, having played basketball and track at the Master’s College in Southern California, and Northwest College in Kirkland.
She specializes in weight loss, functional core training, small group training, sports conditioning, and nutrition.
