Santa visits Espresso Garden

Santa visits the Espresso Garden Sanctuary from noon-3 p.m. Saturday-Sunday, Dec. 19-20.

Espresso Garden is at 275953 Highway 101, Sequim, by the Wild Birds Unlimited store.

available at Airport Cafe

Airport Cafe’s Very-Berry & Cream Pie and Pumpkin Mousse pie are available for the holidays.

The full-sized pies can be ordered with 48-hours notice required.

The gift shop has Port Angeles fleece jackets and sweatshirts, Olympic Peninsula books by local authors, handcrafted jewelry, local prints, photography and lavender products by local artisans, Christian DVDs, books, and jewelry.

Christmas gift certificates, real eggnog lattes and other gifts also are available.

The cafe and gift shop are open 6:30 a.m.-

3 p.m. Monday-Friday inside the William R. Fairchild International Airport terminal at 1402 Fairchild Airport Road, Port Angeles.

Breakfast and lunch are served all day.

Clark attends

seminar

Gordon Clark of Clark Horticultural, Sequim, an organic landscape management company, attended a daylong seminar on drip irrigation installation and maintenance at the Center for Urban Horticulture at the University of Washington.

Washington Association of Landscape Professionals, Washington Association of Irrigation Contractors and the Saving Water Partnership presented the seminar.
