Roberds announces retirement

Bill and Sue Roberds, owners of Excel Utility Construction, announced his retirement from the business after 25 years.

The Port Angeles-based utility construction company has specialized in telecommunications infrastructure since 1989.

The Roberdses sold their interests in the company to Cory Swanson, Excel’s general superintendent.
