Despite the huge thunder and lightning storm the day before, many outstanding vehicles and their owners turned out for the 11th Annual Thunder Roll Show and Shine.

One hundred thirty proud owners spent hours washing and waxing their prized automobiles and joined in the fun at the car show staged at Walmart parking lot. Eighty-six of those began at the Evergreen Collision parking lot and cruised down Washington Street.

Many faces were familiar from previous car shows while there were many new participants, too. Automobiles from Thurston, Pierce, Mason, Kitsap and Jefferson counties joined locals from Sequim, Port Angeles and Forks to fill the show with a wide variety of vehicles. Everything from Ford Model A’s to 2011 Corvettes were on show.
