Supper and study scheduled

A soup supper and Lenten study will be held Wednesdays March 4-April 1 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave., Sequim.

The supper begins at 5:30 p.m. Donations will be accepted.

The study follows from 6-7 p.m. and features a video series, "Jesus Interprets His Own Person" by New Testament and Middle East scholar Kenneth Bailey.

The Rev. Bill Gordon leads the discussion of the videos.

Book signing planned

Author Kristi Dawn Hurley will be available to sign copies of her religious fiction book "Wouldn’t It Be Nice …" from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at Page Turners, 901 S. C St., Port Angeles.

Speaker’s meeting slated

Aglow International, an interdenominational Christian organization, hosts a speaker’s meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S. Blake Ave., Sequim.
