The Sequim City Council is seeking an applicant to fill a vacancy on the Parks, Arbor, and Recreation Advisory Board.

This voluntary board meets at 4 p.m. on the third Monday of each month and advises the Sequim City Council on issues involving city parks and public spaces.

The position is open to residents within the boundaries of the Sequim School District.

City seeking members for salary commission

The City of Sequim seeks three members, to be appointed by the mayor and approved by council members, for the newly established Salary Commission which will review the salaries of individual city council members, including the mayor and deputy mayor.

The commission will meet on an as-needed basis. All members must live within the City of Sequim limits for a minimum of six months before being appointed to the commission. Terms are for two years, and commission members can serve two terms.
