Joseph Demmon – Demmon, 25, of Sequim, was charged Nov. 20 with theft in the second degree and vehicle prowling in the second degree. On Sept. 8, Demmon allegedly took a purse and camera from a vehicle parked at a Port Angeles business.

David E. Gauthun – Gauthun, 40, of Sequim was charged Nov. 20 with one count of assault in the third degree. On July 26, Gauthun allegedly assaulted a Clallam County Sheriff’s deputy who was assisting with a marine patrol in the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

William Samuel Keitzman – Keitzman, 45, of Sequim, was charged Nov. 18 with one count of unlawful imprisonment – domestic violence. On Nov. 17, Keitzman allegedly locked the outside of a RV trailer door, preventing his live-in girlfriend from leaving and then fled the scene.

Michael Glenn Minshall – Minshall, 20, Sequim was charged Nov. 19 with one count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, one count of minor driving after consumption of alcohol and one count of minor in possession of alcohol. Minshall was arrested in Port Angeles after officers allegedly saw him driving erratically. While searching the vehicle after the arrest, the officer allegedly found marijuana in a backpack.

Patrick Michael O’Connor – O’Connor, 46, of Sequim, was sentenced Nov. 19 on two counts of communication with a minor for immoral purposes. O’Connor was convicted of communicating with a 15-year-old girl between April and July 2007 and then again between August and mid-November 2007. On the first count he was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 345 days suspended for two years. On the second count he was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all 365 days suspended for two years. O’Connor also was sentenced to four years probation, $2,000 restitution and $700 court costs and was prohibited from contacting the victim. He also must register as a sex offender.

Anne Marie Rondeau – Rondeau, 41, of Sequim, was charged Nov. 14 with one count of false claims or proof and one count of theft in the first degree. On May 16, 2006, Rondeau allegedly filed a false insurance claim of more than $1,500 and stole a wristwatch.
