PORT ANGELES – A local Adopt-a-Highway group of employees from Lake Crescent Lodge will be cleaning the US 101 roadside Saturday.

The volunteers will be out from 1-3 p.m. Saturday picking up litter 1/2-mile west of East Beach Road. Drivers will see a “Litter Crew Ahead” sign noting the litter pick-up group is nearby.

There are close to 1,400 active volunteer groups, covering one-third of Washington’s roadsides. We need your help to keep the rest of Washington highways clean.
